1) Make sure that your "Subject" line is descriptive. I delete e-mail with no Subject or when the subject is cryptic.

2) Please don't forward jokes and funny stories that you have received from friends. Viruses are notorious for using this method to spread themselves, so I just delete anything that I notice has been forwarded to me.

3) If you would like a reply to your message, make sure that your spam filter or other security program will allow me to reply. If I get a message back from you after I reply that says something like "To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only from senders I have approved beforehand" don't expect to hear from me!
