This one-story Colonial Revival house was constructed between 1924 and 1929. This home was being rented by S.M. Richardson in 1928-29.

This is a wonderful English Revival style house in the district. Period Revival styles like English Revival, Spanish Revival, Colonial Revival, etc. were very popular between 1920 and 1940. This house was constructed sometime between 1929 and 1949. Characteristics of the English Revival style include a side-gabled roof with multiple front-facing cross gables, a large chimney that dominates the front façade, and arched window and door openings.
